5. Order Acceptance & Policies

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation. However, this does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Post that or after dispatch, cancellation is not allowed.
Refund & Exchange:
- Refunds are processed only after product return and quality inspection.
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, subject to policy conditions.
