  • Domestic Shipping (India): We offer free shipping across India on all orders. All products are shipped from our base in Mubarakpur, Uttar Pradesh.

  • International Shipping: We ship internationally. Shipping charges are included in the product price, however delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country and customs processes.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after confirmation.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary during festive seasons, high order volumes, or unforeseen delays.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 3–8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • International Orders: Delivery timelines may vary based on destination, courier partners, and customs clearance.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 4 working days, please contact our support team.

5. Failed Deliveries & Damaged Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-shipping may be required.

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and order details.
