Refund policy

At Mubarakpur Weavers (Mubarakpur Handloom Weaver Producer Company Limited), every product is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Cancellation Policy

We allow cancellations only within a limited timeframe.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests after 24 hours or post-dispatch will not be accepted.
No cancellation charges will be applied within the allowed timeframe.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under specific conditions.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.
Processing time: Refunds are completed within a few business days after approval.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for all products, subject to the following conditions:

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Product should be damage-free
Process:
- Customer must initiate the request within the given timeframe
- Product must be returned to us first
- Exchange will be processed only after inspection and approval
Timeline: Exchange product will be dispatched within 3–5 working days after approval
